The Credit Union–Fintech Mastermind connects you with qualified peers who understand your concerns, visions, and goals. By approaching growth and improvement collaboratively, you will push careers, credit unions, and peer groups forward.
The best mastermind participants are passionate about what they do constantly seek ways to improve their institutions. Credit Union–Fintech Mastermind members must be decisive, action-oriented, goal-driven, empathic, collaborative, willing to give as well as take advice, and be creative. Ideal participants know that what we learn in our groups can positively affect everyone around us, from our managers to our members, to our colleagues in the industry.
This is not for you if you can’t commit, won’t respect confidentiality, or if you’re not open to giving and receiving advice. Furthermore, this Mastermind is not for you if your credit union or fintech is not action-oriented.
Mastermind groups have a facilitator whose role is to create an open environment that build trusts, allowing for open discussion of mistakes and failures. The facilitator builds rapport and mutual respect among all Mastermind members, thus creating a place in which peers can comfortably learn from each other's failures and successes.
Members of the group contribute to the discussion according to their background—they bring their own expertise, problem-solving skills, inspiration, and experience. As members share, collaborate, and listen, they gain knowledge of major insights, skills, and best practices from one another.
Additionally, the group will host quarterly presenters from prominent, influential, and innovative members of the financial industry. These speakers, along with regular individual coaching sessions and exclusive events at conferences, are designed to keep members abreast of industry trends and changes so that you can stay one step ahead of the curve.
Credit Union–Fintech Mastermind members monthly video conference meetings to discuss key issues in the credit union industry. Topics may range from member growth to board dynamics, from marketing strategy to profitability, and everything in between.
These monthly meetings are the group’s opportunity to drill into critical business areas. Meetings are collaborations, not lectures, and Mastermind members are encouraged to share their expert opinions while learning from the experiences of others.
